1. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms of cooperation between Blaze Basket Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Retailer”) and the supplier (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”) in the field of dropshipping. The Supplier provides the Retailer with products, which the Retailer sells via its online WooCommerce platform at www.blazebasket.uk.
2. Order Process and Shipping
- The Retailer places orders with the Supplier via WooCommerce.
- The Supplier is responsible for packaging and direct delivery to the end customer.
- The Supplier must provide tracking details to the Retailer in a timely manner.
- Orders must be dispatched within 5 business days of being received.
3. Payment Terms
- The Retailer pays the agreed purchase price to the Supplier.
- Payments may be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed-upon method.
- The Retailer handles invoicing and payments through WooCommerce.
4. Liability and Returns
- The Supplier is liable for any defective, damaged, or missing items.
- Returns must follow the agreed-upon return policy outlined below.
- The Supplier shall reimburse the Retailer for any faulty or undelivered products.
5. Contract Duration and Termination
- This agreement becomes effective upon signature.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- The Retailer may terminate the agreement immediately for delivery delays or quality issues.
6. Other Provisions
- Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- All disputes shall be handled by a competent court in the United Kingdom.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item without providing any reason.
Items Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Sealed and in original packaging
- Free of damage and suitable for resale
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Free gifts and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@blazebasket.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return label and instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as such returns will not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@blazebasket.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order. Follow the return process, and once the item is accepted, complete a new purchase on our Home Page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
